WHAT IS HOLOGRAPHY ?
Holography is a technique used to reproduce drawings and object with a three dimensional effect on various types of plastic films and paper.
The image that is obtained is completely identical to the original, with natural colours or those that are “immersed” in the numerous hues of the rainbow.
The drawing object to reproduce is struck by laser beams and reflected on a photosensitive plate.
The image obtained in this manner is transferred , thanks to a galvanic treatment onto a shim, which when positioned on an embossing cylinder, can reproduce the same image on different supports, which are subsequently metallized.
The complete process requires specific and sophisticated equipment, specific Know-How and highly skilled personnel: this means that the hologram is very difficult to reproduce and to counterfeit.
